Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• The request for return must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or specially ordered solar systems
• Services once rendered (site survey, installation, consultation)
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Products without original packaging or invoice

3. Return Process

1. Contact our support team via email at director@easysolarsolutions.com or call us at 1800 313 333333 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
3. Our team will evaluate your request and provide further instructions.

4. Inspection and Approval

• All returned items are subject to inspection.
• Approval is granted only if the item meets our return eligibility conditions.
• If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed as per your preference.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping or service charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped or work has commenced.
• For cancellations after dispatch, standard return policy applies.
• Customized orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
• If the return is initiated for personal reasons (not a fault of the product or company), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
